Welcome

What is the value you currently place on time in nature?

This is the question I was asking myself often. I knew that being in nature was healing for me, yet with work and play, I noticed I was spending too much time indoors.

So, I made a positive change in early 2026 when I moved to a 28 acre mixed woodland and meadow site in south west Scotland. Fortunately, my family came too!

I am now blessed to spend more time outside, exploring ways of integrating nature and nature spaces within my work as a child-led play therapist and trainer.

I have deepened my own relationship with nature in ways that have brought me so much joy. I am learning to slow down, take a breath and notice the change - both in the natural environment and in myself.

I offer you a gentle invitation to do the same. Come along on the journey with me. After all, what value do you place on time in nature?

With Love,

Alison
