Course Overview

This online course is delivered through a rich blend of theory and practice, balancing personal and professional growth.

In addition, you will be invited to develop your own relationship with nature through regular self-guided forest bathing inspired practices.

This course is endorsed by Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (cpcab) and represents 11 CPD points.

Structure

The course consists of one full day of online training followed by two 90-minute online small group creative supervision sessions.

You will also be invited to complete homework aimed to support your professional and personal development.
