FAQ - Creative Supervision
-
I offer supervision to trainee play therapists, qualified play therapists, and clinical supervisors also working in the field of play therapy.
I also offer creative supervision to education leaders, teachers and support staff working in schools.
-
Well, that’s a big question!
Supervision is a supportive process whereby the supervisee feels welcomed, accepted, and safe to share. Whilst gentle challenge is offered, this never comes from a place of judgement.
In a supervision session, you will be invited to let me know what you need. I’ll regularly invite you to engage in creative reflection using elements of the play therapy toolkit or nature based practices.
-
Most individual sessions are £60 per hour.
For trainees, I offer a reduced fee of £50 per hour.
For small group supervision (3 -6 supervisees), sessions are £20 per hour, per person.
-
Please reach out to me by email if you’re seeking supervision, letting me know what you’re after. If I’ve got capacity, we’ll set up a free introduction session. After this, we can both make a choice about whether the match feels positive.
Following each session, I will email an invoice so payment can be made.
-
Yes, of course - we both need to be clear about boundaries, responsibilities and expectations. The contract also covers important elements such as cancellation and what happens if you have a safeguarding concern. I’ll share the contract with you during the introduction session.
