These documents have all been produced using Microsoft Word and, once purchased, are easily editable so you can make all the changes you need to make them yours. Alternatively, you could add your name and make no changes – that’s fine too!
The documents are not fancy and there’s no colourful design or complicated editing. This is an intentional decision. Of course, you can add your own logos, picture or design tricks. I have focused on getting the basics right and keeping things simple.
All 32 documents for just £28.
The small print: Every document can be used by you in your own practice (employed or self-employed). You can make as many or as few changes as you’d like to. When purchasing and downloading the pack, you are agreeing not to share or distribute in any way other than for the purposes of your own practice as an individual. I thank you in advance for respecting this requirement.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct documents in place, containing the correct information, as required by your membership organisation and / or insurance company. The documents in this pack are provided in good faith as starting points for those setting out in play therapy. They are not intended to replace legal advice, financial advice or clinical advice.
Most of these documents have been written for my own private practice as a play therapist. I am a member of Play Therapy UK and the content of the documents reflect this. If you are not a member of PTUK, you will need to adjust the documents accordingly.
“I wish I had something like this when I started out in private practice, just to make life a little easier.”
A pack of useful documents for newly qualified or soon to qualify play therapists. See above for full details of what’s included. Remember, these are simple, editable documents - there’s nothing fancy about them!
Once purchased, a link to download the documents will be emailed to you.
